All with at least one year of sobriety, the house managers show a commitment to working a 12-step program in their daily lives, and demonstrate through their actions that they can lead by example. CODA’s Stepping Stones program was created in 2007 as Oregon’s first 24-hour supported housing resource for women struggling with substance use disorders and who have custody of their children. These skills, services, and supports empower residents so they successfully transition into the community and experience long-term sobriety and an improved quality of life.
